TruGreen has been good overall. My lawn is looking better, and the tech who came out was really nice and easy to talk to. I do wish they gave a bit more clear info about what chemicals they’re using, especially when it comes to bees and pets. The results have been good though, so I’d give them 4 stars.

I’ve been using TruGreen for a few months now, the scheduling has been the best part. Like, they text before they come out, and so far they’ve actually shown up on the day they said they would. Which sounds basic, but it makes a big difference. I don’t have to keep calling or wondering if someone is going to show up or not. It’s just simple and reliable, and that’s kind of all I was looking for

I had to call about my lawn service schedule because, of course, these things always seem to get mixed up at the worst time. The lady I spoke with was really nice though, and she got the date fixed and explained what had happened. I was on hold for a bit, which is usually how these calls go, but overall it was a good experience.

They came out to do the lawn, but I’m confused?? There were still missed spots, and my yard somehow still looks bad after the service.

I signed up mostly because they advertised a service guarantee, and that made me feel like I’d be covered if the treatments didn’t work. But my yard still had weeds after they came out, and trying to get someone to come back was just a hassle.
I called a few times and kept getting told someone would follow up with me. Sometimes nobody did, and other times it just took way longer than it should have.
If a guarantee is part of what you’re paying for, it should be simple to use. In my case, it really wasn’t, and I just wouldn’t go with them again...

I had them come out for tree and shrub care, but it didn’t seem to help much. The shrubs still looked bad afterward, and I got tired of having to explain the same issues over and over each time. I was hoping for a noticeable improvement, but it just never really happened.

I’m kind of torn because I want to stay loyal to a brand I’ve trusted before, but the communication really needs to be better.

We started with trugreen this spring, i’m impressed so far. Our lawn was looking rough before, patchy, weedy, and just kind of tired. After a few visits, it’s definitely thicker and greener. There are still a couple spots that need work, but it’s way better than it was. The techs leave notes after they come by, which I really appreciate. From the way they explain things, it seems like they actually know what they’re doing and aren’t just rushing through. Overall, I’m happy with how it’s turning out.

The lawn treatment itself seemed okay, but the technician wasn’t very professional. He showed up late, didn’t really explain what he was doing, and felt rushed the whole time. I tried asking a couple of questions, but the answers were short. Not the worst experience ever, but for a scheduled visit, I definitely expected better.

I had a small billing issue, which was a little frustrating at first, but thankfully it got sorted out. Not a perfect experience, but I’m glad they fixed it in the end.

It’s a bit of a roll of the dice. Some visits have been totally fine, even pleasant, and then other times it feels like everyone is racing against the clock and you’re just swept along in the chaos. So yeah, your experience probably depends a lot on which local branch you go to.

We tried TruGreen for mosquito control this summer, it helped quite a bit. I’m in a bit of a rush, but basically we still noticed a few mosquitoes after it rained, just not nearly as many as before. The kids were able to stay outside longer without getting eaten up, which was the main thing for us. Scheduling was easy most of the time too. Not perfect, but I’d probably use them again

The service itself was okay and pretty much did what I needed it to do, so I don’t really have any major complaints on that side of things. It wasn’t amazing or anything, but it was fine enough. The main thing that bothered me was the sales calls. They felt a little too pushy and kept coming even when I wasn’t really interested in adding anything extra. I get that companies want to promote their services, but it started to feel a bit unnecessary after a while.

A friend recommended TruGreen to me because the weeds in my yard were getting out of hand. I gave them a try, and I’m glad I did. It wasn’t an overnight fix and took a couple of visits before I really noticed a change, but the difference is obvious now. I still see a random weed here and there, but it’s so much better than it was before. Overall, I’ve been happy with the service.

trugreen really helped us out with the grubs and bugs this season. Our yard was getting chewed up badly, and we kept noticing insects around the grass. After a couple treatments, things started looking a lot better. The tech was friendly, got the job done quick, and we saw a real difference in about a few weeks. Happy with it so far.

I had TruGreen come out this fall for aeration and overseeding, and I’m glad I did. The technician showed up right on time and took a few minutes to explain how deep the plugs should be and why the seed needed a little time to settle in. The lawn definitely looked a bit torn up the first week, but after about three weeks I started seeing fresh green grass filling in, especially in the thin spots near the sidewalk and along the driveway. It’s looking much fuller now, and I’m happy with how it turned out.

The spray seemed to work fine, I guess, but I’m regretting buying it a bit. After using it, I wasn’t really sure when it was safe for my kids and our dog to go back outside, and that made me nervous. I wish the instructions had been more clear about that.

At first I thought the online account would be simple to use, like no big deal. Then I actually tried to find my billing info and change a service, and wow, never mind. It kept throwing errors, randomly logged me out, and support basically told me to try again later. I was patient for about five minutes, then I was just completely over it

Nice. The price felt fair to me, and my lawn is already looking better. Simple, straightforward, and I’m happy with the results.
